Kun haluat palauttaa avaimia ja/tai pysäköintilupia toimistomme aukioloaikojen ulkopuolella (kts. aukioloajat tästä), täytäthän oheisen lomakkeen 2 arkipäivää ennen palautusta. Saat tekstiviestillä vahvistuksen sekä ohjeet palautukseen, kun palautuslokero on luotu.
Jos et kuitenkaan pääse palauttamaan avaimia ja/tai pysäköintilupia lokeroon sovittuna aikana, ilmoitathan asiasta puhelimitse puh. 010 821 3500 viimeistään tunti ennen asiakaspalvelun sulkeutumisaikaa. Jos avaimia ja/tai pysäköintilupia ei ole palautettu sovittuna aikana eikä palautusta ole peruttu, veloitamme aiheettomasta päivystäjän käynnistä 50 €.

When you want to return keys and/or parking permits outside our office opening hours (see opening hours here), please fill out the attached form 2 business days before the return. You will receive a confirmation and return instructions via text message when the return box has been created.
However, if you are unable to return the keys and/or parking permits to the locker at the agreed time, please notify us by phone at tel. 010 821 3500 no later than one hour before the customer service closes. If the keys and/or parking permits have not been returned at the agreed time and the return has not been cancelled, we will charge €50 for an unnecessary visit to the office by the on-call staff member.
